Two-Fer Bowers Tuesday

What a special week! We went pending on two properties for buyers on Tuesday, but not just any two sets of buyers. We helped two generations of Bowers find their new homes!

A little backstory: in April 2018, Melissa helped N&D find their first home in West Seattle. They remain some of our absolute dearest clients and this year they welcomed a first baby to their family in March. Next, grandparents visiting from Florida after Rory was born expressed interest in purchasing a landing spot in Seattle so as to visit regularly.

Only two weeks later, together we found an amazing Greenbridge townhome for M&K; simultaneously while NOT seriously looking, N&D fell in love with another Highland Park property, perfect for their growing family. Teamwork was truly dreamwork in this story with our buyers moving with efficiency and education, and preferred, trusted lenders working hand in hand with us to make it all happen. Fun fact? Melissa and Cait submitted the two winning offers simultaneously at 8:30 am that morning and we were under contract with both by 4:00 that afternoon. Now known as Two-Fer Bowers Tuesday!
