Meet Cait Greeley

Being born and raised in Seattle, WA, I have an intimate connection with this beautiful city. This connection allows me to provide invaluable insights to my clients as they navigate the local real estate market. Growing up surrounded by a family that shares a passion for real estate, both my parents and all my grandparents, has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the value of homes and the endless possibilities they hold. Witnessing their dedication to their own homes, as well as their involvement in remodeling and investment projects, has fostered a keen eye for potential and a desire to create spaces that truly make a difference in people's lives.

After graduating from Holy Names Academy in 2015, I pursued my education at Loyola University Chicago, where I earned a degree in Communication Studies and Marketing. This background has equipped me with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of effective marketing strategies. I am thrilled to apply these skills to help my clients navigate the dynamic world of real estate and to build our brand as TeamUp Seattle.

The real estate industry runs deep in my blood. With multiple generations of my family having worked as brokers in the Seattle area, I have grown up immersed in the world of real estate. Working alongside my mom, Melissa Clark, is an absolute dream come true. She is my biggest inspiration not only professionally, but also personally. Watching her excel as a broker in the Seattle area has been incredibly influential, and now having the opportunity to collaborate with her is an honor I cherish. Her expertise, wisdom, and unwavering support have shaped me into the agent I am today, and I am beyond grateful for the chance to learn from her and make a difference together in the lives of our clients. 

My paternal grandmother, Joanne Greeley, left an indelible mark as a successful real estate agent in Seattle, having worked with esteemed agencies such as John L. Scott and Madison House. Her accomplishments and dedication in the industry serve as a constant reminder of the legacy I strive to uphold. 

I feel incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside my TeamUp Seattle partners: Michael, Melissa, and Christopher. Not only do I deeply respect their professionalism and expertise in the real estate industry, but on a personal level, they are simply a joy to be around. The genuine camaraderie and shared passion we have for our work create a dynamic synergy within our team that translates into exceptional results for our clients. It's the perfect blend of professional admiration and genuine friendship that makes our collaboration not only successful but also incredibly fulfilling.

Passions beyond real estate:

• I love to cook, bake, and eat! Right now, I'm exploring Molly Baz's Cook This Book (my favorite recipe so far is her Master Beans) and sharing my Seattle foodie adventures on Instagram at @starvinginseattle.
• I've been an avid skier since I was just five years old, and it's a passion that has stuck with me ever since. I love using my Ikon Pass to embark on adventures with my friends and family, exploring different Washington mountains but also seizing every opportunity to hit the slopes in new and exciting destinations out of state.
• I'm a dog lover! My fiancé and I brought home our dog, Bailey, in February of 2023 and she has been the best addition to our home. She's a poodle/lab mix and is such a good girl!
